Her expertise extends to effectively managing CROs and navigating GLP Studies, coupled with a keen understanding of clinical trial design. Stephanie excels in dynamic environments, adept at balancing multiple projects while consistently meeting deadlines with precision. As an engaged team member, Stephanie finds immense fulfillment in collaborative endeavors, relishing the opportunity for creative problem-solving inherent in drug discovery. Graduating in the Top 10% of her Graduate Program Class, Stephanie earned a Masters in Clinical Research from MCPHS University. Notably, she developed and successfully executed a clinical protocol for a small molecule inhibitor, paving the way for its progression into a Phase I clinical trial. Beyond her professional pursuits, Stephanie is deeply committed to driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Serving as a board member for Women Accelerators, a Cambridge-based non-profit, she leverages her leadership to champion women's empowerment.
